Donate via the re-use line

The Re-use Line has changed to enable you to contact directly re-use organisations that can collect items in your area.

Simply enter your postcode in the form below and a list of the re-use organisations that collect will be given. You will then need to contact the local re-use organisation directly to check that the items you are looking to donate are suitable for collection.

As a quick guide items that are typically suitable for collection can include bed frames, mattresses, chests of drawers, bookcases, wardrobes, dressing tables, tables, chairs, sofas, armchairs, washing machines, electric cookers, fridge freezers.

Furniture items need to be in good condition i.e. free from tears in upholstery, in working order & NOT HAVE BEEN LEFT OUTSIDE. Sofas/armchairs/mattresses (or anything with a material covering) must have FIRE LABELS STILL ATTACHED, (they can't be passed on or sold by law without them).  Electrical items should be in good working order. Bikes requiring minor repairs can be collected.

Each re-use organisation will be able to inform you if your item is suitable for collection.
